OIL PRESSURE SENSOR > INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SENSOR

  1. Coat the oil pressure sensor O-ring with Toyota Genuine CVT Fluid TC.

  1. Using SST, install the oil pressure sensor onto the CVT.

    SST
    09268-46012  

    Torque:
    29 N*m{ 296 kgf*cm , 21 ft.*lbf }

  1. Connect the oil pressure sensor connector.



2. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

  1. Install the engine under cover LH with the 3 clips.



3. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL LH

Torque:
103 N*m{ 1050 kgf*cm , 76 ft.*lbf }



4. INSPECT FOR CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID LEAK

  1. Clean the area and check for fluid leaks.



5. RESET MEMORY (CVT oil pressure calibration)

NOTICE:
Perform Reset Memory (CVT oil pressure calibration) when replacing the oil pressure sensor (Click here).
